The manager sells racists items and promotes racism and hate. She started verbally attacking and doxing indigenous women while calling them girls condescendingly! I cannot support such a harmful establishment, literally go anywhere else!
I don't appreciate their promotion of racism and racial appropriation. They sell R*dskins t-shirt and other items that are exploitative, racist, and culturally insensitive to Indigenous people. When this was pointed out to management by three Indigenous women, they were met with hostility and rudeness. I would encourage you to contact HoV management and let them know you don't support their actions and encourage them to change their policies.

Prices are incredibly high. Have also been treated very poorly by staff there and most people I see working there don't seem happy. Wondering how much they are paying their employees vs. how much they are profiting, its concerning. Would not recommend.

Huge store, many vendors resulting in a wide spectrum of selections and pricing
The staff won’t let you in without checking your small tote. I’m not a thief, but was treated like one. I was asked to put my tote with wallet, phones, credit cards, keys and other valuables at counter while I perused 13,000 square feet of store. Not locked up, assessable to anyone. It didn’t use to be that way. Also, I think it would be hard to steal the furniture I came to see without being noticed. Treating the majority who don’t steal like the minority who do is shameful. Where to start, sales clerks don't tell shoppers how horrible your job is and that you only make minimum wage as excuse to treat customers poorly.
