Having been there for the interaction, I'm surprised at this review. You were greeted by at least 4 people, and if I was hunched and working with my back to the door, how could you see rolling eyes? What Brett actually told you is that we draw designs for people with appointments. If we just sat and drew without any commitment, tattooers would not eat. I would never go anywhere else and Katie has done all my tattoos. She is absolutely the best and everyone that works there is amazing. Best tattoo place around!!
