House of Tans has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The attendent named Ben yelled at me because I objected to having my fingerprints made to get a tan. When he tried to explain for the second time how it was protecting my privacy and I objected to the insane concept, he said I could just leave and get my tan at another place. I decided to do exacly that. It cost me 1/2 as much money and they did NOT take my fingerprints and were very happy to have my business. Thank you, Ben, for helping me make a better c... read more
