I look forward to my appointments with Mallory. She is very precise when trimming my ends and I love the way she washes my hair! I’m always satisfied leaving her chair!

Mallory is unbelievably unprofessional. Doesn’t respond to messages on style seat or direct calls/voicemails even when given a two week window, claims she’s too busy to look at her messages but has no problem responding to an email in regards to a refund request :) eventually she’ll ignore that too, pocketing your money. Seriously don’t waste your time, go somewhere else !
They’re never there and when they are they don’t answer the door.
