House of Power is a great gym that is focused on weightlifting and powerlifting with the necessary equipment to help you get your goals. Open 24 hour schedule meets my schedule needs.
Nyck and his crew are awesome. If you're looking for high-tech equipment this isn't the gym for you. If you're looking for a gritty environment where people work hard and get better this is the place for you.
I went to this gym expecting a lot, and while the equipment is solid, it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. The classes are great, though! I might still stick around for the yoga sessions.
Completely satisfied with the outcome.
