My husband ordered lillies (our wedding flower) to be delivered to me for our 15th anniversary. I didn't receive the flowers on our anniversary. The next day, a lady came in with a half wilted arrangement of orchids and an apology that they weren't what he ordered. She also offered me $150 gift certificate because they weren't delivered when they were supposed to be and they weren't what was ordered. Paid for a boutineer on April 19th. She requested that I pickup at 9am today. I was there at 9:00 on the dot but she was not... Called her and she promised she would deliver at 2. She hasn't and now her voicemail is full and door is still locked. Called another florist in town and to no surprise, they guessed which florist had let me down. Pathetic!
The quality of the arrangements here is very high. Each arrangement is unique and beautiful!

Holly took me on as a client at the last minute and for that I was very grateful. She was professional, creative, cool, and gave me everything I asked for and more for my wedding. I highly recommend her!!! Flowers were gorgeous!!!
I love Holly's European designs. I've used House of Petals for my last two arrangements and have loved the quality and long lasting flowers. Both arrangements have lasted over a week! I will be back and highly recommend.
