You should remove walk-ins are always welcome from your website. When I called to confirm that “walk-ins are welcome” I was told they were very busy and I should schedule an appointment. What’s the point in offering that option if you aren’t willing to support this. Welcome to me means sure come on in we will make sure to see you as soon as possible.
