Three months ago, I showed up, bent over in the front neck out of shape, three months later I’m standing up straight. My neck is better. My Golf game is better. My life is better, If your back hurts, your neck hurts your sciatica hurts more or less everything hurts. It’s worth the investment. I highly recommend Dr. Joe. I won’t go anywhere else.
Joe is great meeting you where you are and charting a path forward. Consistent adjustments and tweaks to follow up exercises let you know that your healing is personalized, not canned. Highly recommend.
I went into House of Motion with years of back issues and after my 12 week program I walked out with not only a more functional and pain free body but the understanding of how to move and exercise to stay pain free. It is one thing to get rid of pain but it is another to stay free of it and know how to live right in the future. Worth every penny!
