I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in with brown ends, simply asking for subtle caramel lowlights. Despite clearly saying no to bleaching, they insisted it was necessary but claimed it would not be damaging. I reluctantly agreed, only to have my hair turn orange! When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a correction, instead of addressing the issue properly, they dyed my entire hair black without my consent. I had best experience getting my hair done today. I have been to many places before but never satisfied, but here i am so happy with my haircut today. I was properly welcomed and attended.
