Vijay Gopani, I would like to thank you for complying with rule (n) under A. ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL in our documents that reads "all visible window dressings must be white in color." There is no doubt in my mind that had you remembered that rule you would not have written a misleading statement for the public to read nor put brown window blinds in the front window of your unit. Terrible. They made me replace my blinds inside my house when the HOA controls nothing on the inside of your home. Terrible management company. Not only that they put in the letter that they will not respond to verbal communication. You are supposed to respond to all forms of communication from your clients. Don't like doing this but I felt the need to bring this to public attention. Either way I am replacing the blinds but I strongly do not recommend any association use this company!!!
