Went in for a vehicle inspection and the failed my vehicle for issues that have nothing to do with the state’s regulations. Then when I questioned the inspector he started getting angry and puffing his chest out at me. All I did was ask if he had an inspection checklist that the follows. The guy told me he didn’t need a checklist because he passed his test. I filed a complaint with the highway patrol today. Took my car down the road to Firestone and my vehicle passed.
I've had my oil changed several times as well as some other minor work. The owner is customer oriented. The service is quick and reasonably priced.
My husband went and received an oil change service on Monday, April 21, 2008. The next morning he left for work and made it about a block up the road before the engine blew. The person at House of Lube who changed his oil failed to place the drain plug back in his oil pan or did not secure the plug properly and it fell out after changing the oil.
