I got a couple of my nice knives sharpened here and they came out not so good. Not very sharp… however the staff member was super nice and doing their best.
It was super busy on this rainy weekend day but the staff member remained calm & polite, he acknowledged everyone waiting, then provided excellent customer service! We also hadn’t been in a HoK in some time and were surprised at how much more we “needed” than the one thing we went in for! 😂
