I was in the Victoria Hillside Mall store yesterday and was assisted by Grace, a lovely young lady who was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I purchased a handmade Hinoki cutting board to go with the Zuiun Japanese handmade knife I previously purchased in the Kelowna store. I am happy with both my purchases. Both stores have very knowledgeable staff. Thank you.
Excellent service, solid selection and good people.
The store called me when my knife was ready to be picked up, I went to get it and the store was closed. A sign said they would be open in an hour. So I came back an hour later and it was still closed, the sign had been moved another hour ahead. Such a waste of time, I wish they would have let me know when they called me that the store would be closed for the next 2 or 3 hours. Tried cutting a tomato when I got home and the knife is worse than it was when I brought it in!!! Taking it somewhere else to get sharpened.
Awesome selection and the chief knives are Incredible. Very happy with the staff and Athena was very knowledgeable thank you.
Gurveen was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, I appreciate her service and assistance in selecting a paring knife and sharpening stone. I will be recommending this location to my friends and family, thank you Gurveen!
