Scratched my tank, then when they couldn't buff it out they tried to come up with every reason it wasn't them. Highly recommend inspecting your bike and taking pictures before and after having a service done through them, or don't go at all if you care about the cosmetics of your motorcycle.

The work requested was to mount and balance front and rear tires, (which were not purchased at House of Kawasaki - HOK1.com). Nick called several hours after picking up his bike complaining of a scratch on the tank near where the left knee rests. Our technicians at House of Kawasaki are top-notch and maintain that we did not cause this damage. Nick claimed that his bike was in "mint condition". Big shout out to the service department at HOK!! You guys always take care of me same day when possible!! Whether it be brakes, tires, oil change or clutch pushrod seal!!
