I bought a waverunner and a little 4wheeler from the HOK 20 something years ago. They took care of me then, good people. Taking my family down there Saturday to see if we can buy some more toys.

These people will straight up lie to you made a deal to buy a Kawasaki Z x14 when I got up there to do the paperwork and pick it up they would not honor the deal that they had already made the salesman said there was a miscommunication. Very glad I didn't purchase a bike there if they will lie about one thing they will lie about another

Please read this whole string of comments: Made a deal over the phone, drove 2 1/2 hrs to pick up the bike, & the salesman said he misunderstood the deal. "Out the door" means all costs inclusive, tax, tags & title... Lost a total Cash deal & a repeat customer over a couple hundred dollars! Bad business!

"Out the door" means out OUR door. We do not charge excise tax, tag or title fees "inside" the dealership. Those fees are paid by the customer to the Oklahoma Tax Commission through local tag agencies after the unit has been sold and picked up from the dealership. Everyone knows that "out the door" prices do not include tag, title, and tax. In this specific case, the salesperson offered to add extra funding for those additional costs into a finance contract if the customer did not want to pay for them up front. The House of Kawasaki staff are very friendly. It was nice meeting them today when I picked up my OKC Mile tickets. The races were fun to watch and it made a wonderful date night. Thank you.
