I have gone to this Business about four times starting about 3 years ago. I called the business and Mr Shpigel told me he is a Swiss Watch trained watchmaker as I needed a battery change for my Longines. All went well that time and the second time i thought too. Then a few weeks later the crystal fogged up. I went back to see Mr Shpigel and he looked at my watch and his wife Sofia told me the watch pin was open.
