My wife and I bought a car from House of Imports. We expected much better service as we had from other Mercedes and dealrriee purchased from in the past. We were not made to feel special about our car buying experience.
Horrible place, and one lie after another. I have so much to write. Having a sales associate (who was faking to be a manager) start to grab my arm to move me out of his way and him having to be stoped by another salesman, is just one part of my experience. This was in front of my husband, who told him that if he touched me he would knock him the @!&@ out. I will be writing a full review with all details and names. More than a 3 hour wait to change 4 new tires and alignment. No offer of a loaner car, even though I asked. What happened to your service level? It’s terrible!!!!
