My wife and I bought a car from House of Imports. We expected much better service as we had from other Mercedes and dealrriee purchased from in the past. We were not made to feel special about our car buying experience.
Horrible place, and one lie after another. I have so much to write. Having a sales associate (who was faking to be a manager) start to grab my arm to move me out of his way and him having to be stoped by another salesman, is just one part of my experience. This was in front of my husband, who told him that if he touched me he would knock him the @!&@ out. I will be writing a full review with all details and names. Great service! I recommend David Gonzalez for taking his time helping me with the SUV I purchased a couple of weeks ago.
From my experience, the wait time was very short. Allan Halina, the service advisor was most helpful in facilitating the process. I'll look for him next time because he is very responsive to my needs, concerns and questions.

More than a 3 hour wait to change 4 new tires and alignment. No offer of a loaner car, even though I asked. What happened to your service level? It’s terrible!!!!
Super excited with my purchase at Mercedes Benz Buena Park. Michael Poirier was very patient and made sure I got everything I was looking for in a car. He understood that for me, this wasn’t “just a car”, but the new addition to my family. I wasn’t embarrassed or “iffy” about my lack of knowledge in cars because he was also very honest and down to earth. He spoke to me like a person and was very patient while I made my decision.
