Very poor service from the service dept. They are racist to people of color. Pulled into the service drop off area and waited over 5 minutes before someone came to assist. While waiting at least 2 service men walked by like they did not see me. When the service person did come, they failed to greet me. Just looked with a blank stare. After they did pull my vehicle to the back, I stood and observed how they treated the other customers that pulled up. They promptly came out and greeted them with in secs of them pulling in.
