This was my first time ever visiting this salon, and I must say, the staff is absolutely amazing. Sammie cut my hair, and she did a fantastic job. She was such a great listener, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered it perfectly. The customer service is getting so bad. in past they were absolutely the best but now i feel like the response to calls and customer service is really reducing the credibility

I had a very disappointing experience today. I clearly explained that I wanted long, soft layers that would look good with waves. However, after looking at my hair properly and seeing it from a closer view, the layers look uneven, unfinished, and poorly blended. It honestly looks like my hair was cut without proper attention to detail. I expected a professional haircut, but unfortunately, the final result does not look like the long layered haircut I asked for. I love how Wina cuts my hair. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I would recommend this hair salon to anyone.
