I have been going to House of Hair for almost 3 years, often every week for a wash and style. Over that time, I have been a very loyal customer and have also referred more than 10 people to the salon. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at House of Hair and found the service I received to be unprofessional. I went in for a trim and clearly requested a blowout afterwards. The stylist confirmed that she could do it. However, instead of proceeding with a blowout, she began straightening my hair with a flat iron and then started using a curling iron, despite the fact that I had never asked for curls.
