For three different events I asked for quotes on boxes of flowers and each event I had to call multiple times to get the quote. It has now been 2 weeks from when they said they would send me prices on some flowers and still nothing. Dont waste your time.

We have been getting our daughters dance bouquets from you for the past 4 years. Today the staff told us they “didn’t really have time”. Ended up with a mediocre bouquet. Not impressed when the quality and staff are usually 5 stars.

It only took me 10 years of living in Oshkosh to make my first trip to house of flowers - kind of embarrassing since this place is amazing! Their store is to die for and puts hobby lobby and steins to shame!!! I was looking for an arrangement to put in my living room before family came to visit 2 days later...needless to say I wasn’t finding anything ANYWHERE; I went to house of flowers and had them custom make a piece for me and I was blown away; not only was it beautiful, they finished it THE NEXT DAY!! Two disappointing experiences Lindsey C. 1 House Of Flowers My mother and I went in to the store to order a bouquet for my sister's wedding. We walked around the store for at least 15 minutes and no one approached us to ask if we needed help (although they did approach other customers). My first experience w/this florist was great! I did talk to the floral designer. That made all of the difference. My friends say this florist is "known" for flower arrangements done in brown tones. Not sure why. My SECOND EXPERIENCE was a disaster. I am VERY SPECIFIC in my request. I was talking to a young girl. I gave specific colors/design/size/cost. Our call took about 15 to 20 minutes. HOF and Couture Events provided the flower arrangements and rentals for our wedding on 10-7-17. We were extremely pleased with how everything turned out. They also answered all of our questions leading up to the wedding in a timely manner. The whole staff is very kind and easy to work with. You can tell they love what they do!
