DeVaughn Bridal is amazing! I was getting discouraged until I called here and Kim gave me everything I needed. The hour drive was absolutely worth it!!!

Absolutely the worst experience EVER we had to unfortunately postpone our wedding and make drastic changes due to myself losing employment and this place WONT refund a cent of the almost $800 we put down on a dress that's 6 months away even though they haven't even gotten the dress in the store yet. Absolutely crooks I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I would understand a restocking fee BUT NO REFUND AT ALL Is absolutely rediculus. Anthony, we are very sorry to hear of your loss. We strive to offer the best possible customer care, including refunds when absolutely necessary. The dress was ordered in January, and after its in production there is no way to cancel. I have released the bride of ANY further cost incurred for her gown, her flower girls, along with the other items ordered. She only put down deposits which are required for ordering. After 13 months of care for her wedding needs, I expect this to be the best customer service for the situation. ... read more
