Initially had an issue with the pulley bolt coming loose damaging the pulley and cutter shaft. Contacted HOC and all parts were replaced under warranty. Stump grinder performs exceptionally well and will not disappoint.
This chipper is a monster. Very pleased. Takes everything I have thrown at it so far with relative ease. And the support has been excellent as well.
