Our experience was similar to other reviewers: the installation of multiple closets was adequate, however if you ever need further service or assistance you will be ignored, blocked and not responded to. There are many other companies out there that are more responsive and stand by their work.
Ron did an acceptable job with my closet, 7 years ago, but the first time I need further service I can’t get to Ron to discuss it. I am blocked by Maria, who can’t read and understand English.
You know the saying you can get it good, fast, and cheap: pick two? House of Closets will do a good job with your closets or cabinets, and they are more affordable than their competitors. However, our job was delayed for almost two months. There was nearly no communication from House of Closets - in fact, we had to call them to tell them their installers left a job 2/3s done and then tell them which parts were missing.
