Excellent customer service! I was totally surprised to find this incredible store while attending the Lodi Street Fair! Purchased a grandfather clock and Steven Hohn and his nephew John delivered it to me the following week. I live in Auburn so was pleasantly surprised that they would deliver! In addition to setting up my new clock, Steve explained the operation and general maintenance of the clock. As an extra surprise, Steve oiled an older clock in my house checking level as well.
