My husband and I starting dining at House of Chu after we were married in the mid Eighties. The food was delicious and we often dined there once a week. Up until the end, they still offered the BEST Chinese chicken salad I've ever tasted. However, when there was a change in ownership the quality of the food went down. I felt bad for the new owner, Kevin. He was a hard worker and a good guy.
House of Chu is now Closed forever 😰😨In the past 30 years this was only the 2nd Chinese restaurant that was my "go to" Chinese restaurant. My first was torn down in about 2000 and then it was on to House of Chu. Now no more House of Chu. Need to find a new place for excelled Pot Stickers and Won Ton Soup.
This was the best Chinese food anywhere. The chicken salad was amazing. Wish I could find something even close. Are they really gone forever? We have been going there for over 30 years. I thought they were remodeling.
I will miss this establishment. We have been loyal customers since the 70s! Best chicken salad ever. I am very sad.

The last meal I had on their last night in existence did not disappoint. Wor Wonton Soup, Chinese Chicken Salad and House Special Chow Mein were delicious as always. Going to really miss House of Chu! 😭
