I will never order from House of Chow again!!! They are such jerks. I have been eating there for years, but tonight I ordered from GrubHub. The spring rolls said they were vegetarian... they were not. That wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t that it was shrimp that was in them. I am deathly allergic. I called House of Chow and they were rude. They didn’t apologize or ask if I was okay. They just said it was my fault. — eating dinner.
We had lunch today and it was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was fantastic. We absolutely recommend eating here.
Management is RUDE and that’s all I will say! Will never go back here. Food is mediocre as well.
This is the 3rd time in a row that they have received our order wrong. we even specifically called them this 3rd time and asked them to please read the notes posted for the order and they failed to do so. When I went back to pick up the fixed order in my own car after paying GrubHub to bring it to me in the first place the manager was extremely rude and acted like he didnt care if he ever had my business again. this place is TRASH!
this is by far the best food in Columbia. The wait staff are courteous and quick and the food is mouth watering yummy.
