Before working with you Donte there were many errors I was dealing with which I kept over looking when it came to getting into shape. One way I can summarize those errors are by putting them in the category of dieting/nutrition. Before training with Donte, I’ve always been a yo-yo dieter and nothing really sticked for me which always resulted in temporary weight loss.
