We traded in our vehicle, we asked 5000 for trade but they said they couldn't sell it for that and said they could do no more than 2500 for trade. Now they have just posted the car we traded in for 8995!!! Aviod that place like the plaque! 10/10 would not recommend to a friend even for 500 referral!
I purchased a car from this location in March, and within two months the check engine light came on. When I bought the car, the dealer promised me a one-year warranty, but despite that, they charged me for the repairs. Even after the so-called fix, the engine light came back on within four days. I’ve had to return to this location four times, and each time the issue was never properly resolved. Went there and worked with Rob. We had some issues with another company and how they do business but Shawn at house of cars was terrific and did a ton to attempt to make it right. I would go again.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and am not overly impressed with the service. The sales department was great in the beginning promising the world and actually getting myself financed with the cash back I requested. I am extremely grateful for that. That's the good. Now, at the beginning of my dealings with Courtney I explained that I was referred to them and gave them my referrers name. This was ignored at the beginning.
