If I could leave a less than a one star review, I would. Please be aware when dealing with this dealer. They are very quick to take your deposit. But if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, your deposit is gone. In my case the vehicle was not road worthy as found out during the test drive. House of Cars decided to have the vehicle checked out mechanically and found out that the head needed to be replaced. I was told originally that the vehicle repairs would take 10 to 14 days. They have a repurposed ambulance on site for “events”. Don’t be fooled. It’s there for you, you’ll need it after they bend you over with ultra high interest rates and numerous hidden fees that come up right before you sign. Would also recommend rubber boots and a raincoat as this is a greasy outfit and the salesmen I dealt with were greasssyyyyy
After looking at all the one star reviews here, I see so many similarities to my situation with this place. In July I bought a 2015 Duramax 2500HD for pulling my trailer/camping. During the test drive, I noticed the truck pulled to the left under braking. The salesman, Jesse, Stated he noticed that as well, and that "they will take care of it." This place is amazing highly recommended. Bought a diesel and did a full inspection after at my own mechanic. I was told the level of reconditioning done was unmatched thanks guys! Highly recommend this place best in the city! The service manager and sales management worked with me through the whole process and was highly appreciatived.
I tradein my outlander with 2020 fpace Jaguar, and it looks so nice what my family really expecting on a Jag. Courtney and Malcolm really did a good quality of job , they did all transactions fairly fast ,transfarent and availability for their client is high. GOOD JOB HOUSE OF CARS LETHBRIDGE.
