Very disappointing experience. Went there for lunch and couldn't decide between several sandwiches. The choice was made easier by the fact that they were out of several ingredients and only had 2 breads available. The best part was when they told us our $20 Groupon was only worth $18.98. Huh? "That's the way our register rings it up" was the explanation we were given. On the plus side, the wheat bread was pretty good. We like to support local business but not likely to ever return here.

I couldn't wait to try their bread, especially since they are only 1 of 2 places in town that carries spelt! But they only have it once a month-the first Monday of each month, and they were out by noon (was told best to reserve a loaf). Was disappointed and next chance will be August (unless they are open on the 4th of July).
I tried samples of House of Bread at Costco yesterday and bought the Prairie Bread and Lemon Bread. Absolutely amazing!! I can't wait to visit the shop to try the rest!
Just bought our first loaf of green chile bread! AMAZING! We will definitely be regular customers!
