Horrible customer service. I placed my order on March 29th, 2022. I received my order on April 4th, 2022 with 2 items missing (Design Essentials Smoothing Mousse, 8 0z.) that costs $159.90. Usually, my mail orders from other suppliers/companies only take my money once the item ships. All attempts at calling were in vain. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 4 itens, only recived 3 and one was damaged. I took more than two months for those items to get here. I have sent multiple messages, emails and no response or help whatsoever. Costumer service is horrible. Never buying anything from that website anymore.

Still waiting for someone to get back to me after sending several emails and leaving multiple voicemails about issues with my order (1837851). Please call or email me with how you can correct my order and send me the products I ordered and unwilling paid for at this point in time. My order was on 7/2nd and am sick of the time spent in trying to get my order corrected.

I placed an order on the 25th of February yet what I failed to do was look at the reviews of this seemingly cheap store with good quality products. When I looked at reviews they were all saying that this was a scam and some people never received any of their products. I became scared that I had been scared and taken my money but chose to wait it out and see for myself due to only a handful of good reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! House of Beauty World. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company and their costumer service. I purchased a product from them September 25,2020. When I received my package I was sent the wrong order. I tried reaching out to them via Instagram, e-mail and their phone line, multiple times with no response. It is now January 29,2021.
