We had an emergency request for help when our daughter’s hair matted up beyond what we could work through ourselves. Ms. House was so patient, positive and uplifting during a very challenging service to detangle our daughter’s hair. She worked us into her schedule the very same day we reached out. My friend wanted a hair cut and booked an appointment on a Saturday around 4pm and the lady never answered the door or phone calls after trying for 15 minutes. My friends card was charged even though she never got a hair cut and wasn't able to cancel either for some reason. This is unacceptable and she needs refunded because she payed for literally nothing!

This sucked, I could not get into the building, after knocking for 15-20 minutes I never got my haircut and I lost 32 dollars, I better get refunded. This sucks so bad.

Wonderful place, we had a great experience. My daughter is special needs and has a hard time sitting up straight and sitting very still and they did a great job. They really took the time to go the extra mile and we are really happy with the results.
