I appreciate Alicia taking me in at a last minute notice., but when I would ask her questions about why she was cutting so much off, when the verbal agreement was to cut only 2 inches maximum. She started being rude and condescending in her answers. I let it go and waited patiently to see the out come, rather than argue because that's what it seemed like the conversation was going with her bad attitude. My hair was cut 5 inches. The right side is shorter than the left side, and the back is uneven. She wants to take pictures.... read more
The associate was so sweet and very helpful! Walked In with my two little girls and she was so nice to us! We’re from San Diego and we’ll definitely be coming back. Oh and I loved the matte mousse lipstick she recommended! Color Reina! Next time I come back I’m getting 3 of these!
