I've always had good service at HoA, but this specific time they went above and beyond. Came in to get a caliper and I was there for longer than expected and they recognized that and took the price down for the inconvenience. After all that, I ended up not even needing the caliper and instead of being stuck with a part I didn't need, they swapped it out for what I needed, without question. Will definitely continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! Great job guys!
Purchased a number of parts here. Never been disappointed. I Would recommend them.
Called on a hood for a 2008 Escape that I saw on Craigslist. Car looked straight but had snow on it. They wanted $500 which was fine with me. Got down there and the hood was caved in and rusted on the seam. Very disappointing to drive that distance to have that happen. If you want top dollar for something you should make sure of what you're selling.
I just have to brag on House of Auto Parts. I was in town for the weekend from KY and they had a hard to find part. Pete was the most helpful, honest and courteous person I've dealt with in a while. He made sure the parts were pulled ready for me to leave on Sunday. Also I'd like to thank their parts puller, Raúl "I believe" the man has 20 + years experience and it shows. Thanks a lot- Justin
I have been here several times,and every time I get the best service and a good quality part.Staff is always professional as well,which makes a big difference when dealing with customers.
They are right on point. Didn't have to wait a long time to get what I needed, also very professional. I would definitely go back again.
