Absolutely fantastic property management company. The communication with my property manager Valerie is quick and clear, and if ever I have a maintenance request (which is rare because the property is so well kept), the companies maintenance supervisor Renz Bernardo is prompt about addressing the issue and fixing it! Highly recommend this company for owners and tenants alike!
Current renter of 5+ years in the same house - and here we are - over a month and one of our toilets STILL has roots growing out of it. Our rent pays for the ability to have 2 bathrooms and we only have access to one. My son is autistic and having him us my bathroom is not only difficult, it is dangerous. We have reached out several times and get the runaround. This is the third year in a row that this has happened and each time it is a full ordeal in getting things fixed. Do Not Recommend.

I had a very frustrating experience with this property management company, primarily due to poor communication and mishandling of my security deposit. From the beginning, there were issues with the move-out process. I was not granted a final walk-through, and I was told I had to use the company’s vendors for repairs—something that was never stated in my lease.
