I wish I could say I was pleased. Denae became very biased and unprofessional while being allowed to sell my home in the Flying horse area of Colorado Springs. She had a close unprofessional relationship with my now x husband. Was friends with him on fb, had private personal phone calls, and generally took sides. She wouldn’t share information fluidly and would have private conversations without including me. Which was overly stressful during a divorce. Denae also chose to testify during our divorce as my x husbands witness.... read more

Wish I could give them 10 stars, absolutely the best there is in Colorado. I worked with them on 2 separate occasions, first to sell a home and purchase another… then again to sell that home when we relocated.
I couldn’t be happier working with Derra. She walked me through the entire new construction buying process, which as a first time home-buyer, was invaluable. She even fought for me to get certain upgrades that changed with a change in vendors. She kept me informed with weekly pictures and handled communications for me when possible. I would recommend her without any hesitation and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
We enjoyed working with Jerry and Derra to sell our home and build a new home. They know their stuff and made everything easy. Jerry did a great job keeping us up to date on the progress of our new build. On top of that they are just super nice people. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend them if you are selling/buying a home.
