House Electric is amazing. They are always at the ready to help with whatever common or quirky request one might have. I love their wide range of stocked products aside from electrical supplies and lighting, such as unique decor, toys and books. House Electric is involved in multiple local charitable events (e.g. books for keeps, diaper and food drives, etc.), and their COVID-19 precautions in store plus curbside pickup service make for a comfortable, easy shopping experience. We had one of the ceramic sockets in an expensive bathroom 3 light fixture go bad. We were looking to buy new fixtures when Greg of House Electric suggested we bring it in and he could repair it. It was done over the weekend and since I would have to buy two fixtures because of that one defective socket the cost would have been anywhere from $300 to $800. Greg fixed it for 30 bucks.. The situation ended quite happily for us. Needless to say when I run into that situation again House Electric will be the first place I go to.
Very good local owned store and they know their stuff. If you don't want to get the run of the mill lighting from the big retailers you will find special things here you won't find there. Staff was very helpful to us when we bought our loft!
