Horrific and clueless front desk operations. Darlene, dear, two things really aggravate me: being ignored, and being lied to. If you say you will call me back, then do so. I shouldn't have to call you again and again just to get SCHEDULED. I received zero replies to my email containing sensitive information, despite following up twice. Excellent Staff who were very efficient and through. On time.
Everytime I need some help with my hearing aids there’s ALWAYS someone who will take care of me.
I still have not completed my procedure. I am waiting for my new hearing aid to pair with my new Kanso 3. Thank goodness both audiologists for my Cochlear and regular hearing aid are in the same building now.
