The staff and Dr. Curry were very helpful in answering all my questions regarding my husbands hearing aid update. They go out of their way to be helpful and make sure that we were well served.
I have been a patient of the House Institute-Hearing Health Center for about 18-20years. I have always had an exceptional experience. Dr. Lindsey Seong, Dr. Samantha Curry, Wendy, & Nicole go out of their way to make it a positive experience for people. They are pleasant and patient, no matter what the circumstances. I have had a great experience whether I call with a concern or am in the office for a routine appointment. I appreciate their kindness.

Amazing experience! I was fit with the perfect hearing aid, and I'm very impressed both with the attention and experience of The House Institute, but also with the modernization of the hearing aids since I hated my hearing aid which I got when I was 13 years old. 56 years later, it's a wonder. They used to be good, but now are owned by private equity, so they will sell you the aids that make them the highest profits instead of the ones that you really need. They will try to upsell you all kinds of extra gadgets that only work marginally well. Their staff is capable, but they are hamstrung by company policy. Do not come here unless you want to pay the highest prices for one-size-fits-all care.
