I have never used House Doctors services as I am in Australia, but having found out about them in a somewhat weird way I just had to post something. These people have destroyed my floor and now fail to answer phone. I am going to be putting in a complaint to the BBB. Thomas Sullivan the owner of Norwich House Doctor has admitted to damaging the floors and said he would come out this morning to repair them and now he hasn't answered the phone all day. How professional? Please don't let these people into your house.

Thank you for coming to my rescue!!!! Came out for an emergency repair within hours of my call. Fixed the problem expeditiously and gave us tips on how to fix other problems caused by our leaking roof. Super nice staff from the first phone call to the men who came out to do the job. I will definitely have House Doctors on my "speed call."
