i was referred to house doctor by a friend who uses his services for property in the Hawthorne area. . Initially i called him ,answered a few questions and sent him pictures regarding what i wanted done, he was prompt, reasonable and effecient i will definately use his services again.

the house doctor came over next day after call, early morning - give me a good price on job started that day and finished in less then a half day , i had new water heater - hot water! - everything up to code.

Would have used this person to do some work around my family’s property. Spoke to Jamar to see if he could start a few repairs and if things worked out there were multiple jobs needed as the property will be sold. He informed me that he had a crew working on a kitchen, but he would figure it out and to send the address. The address was sent, but he never responded again. This guy is very unprofessional, sometimes I wonder how people like this can still be in business. Please run very far away. He came to my store for repairs, and after I showed him the job, he gave me the price and started walking out. I had to call him back that he hasn’t even given me a chance to say that I accept the price or that I’m not comfortable with the price. He said oh, I thought you may not be able to afford it. What???
