Avoid this company if you are buying a property. I purchased a property from them in Dover, PA. Our inspector said 2 plywood sections of roof needed replacement. Upon selling the property 18 months later, the buyers inspector said the entire roof needed to be replaced (??) Come to find out that the original slatted roof from the 1940's was supporting 2 layers of shingles and that the existing roof structure was completely rotted. We bought our home about 6 years ago. We were aware of how much work we would need to put into it to make it great, and we were up to the challenge!
