I recieved a letter from Josh, wanting to buy my one of my houses. I returned the call hoping it was not just someone trying to low ball me. It was not, we came to an agreement on the selling price, and everything went like clock work, just like he said it would. We closed quickly, and his settlement company did a great job, not one mistake. I am looking foward to doing business again with Josh after the first of the year.
