very rude staff and not friendly nor helpful, I went into the shop to buy some quilts and topper, not greeted nor smiles at all, just straight up ignored, and I waited almost 10 mins for one of the two lady's at the counter who were chatting away to help me, none of them did, when I went to leave they suddenly approached me to help and I don't know if they didn't help me as I was young, but they helped a couple that came in after me when I was waiting. . . please train your staff in basic customer service
Very friendly and helpful staff..something for everyone. Easy Xmas shopping
