Our experience with Mark from House Call was very pleasant and informative. When purchasing an existing home, there is always a concern with the condition and especially with the possible issues not visible to the naked eye. Mark went through every detail with us after he was finished and we felt very confident with the results. Great personality and very friendly! Thanks Mark!
Inspector was very nice however missed some big things in our home in Brentwood. Shower was leaking onto the sub floor. I’ve added a picture. This was never mentioned or seen by the home inspection.
