Outstanding Customer Service Was looking for new bedding and not only am I impressed with the quality of the products but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service that was provided by Kara. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. It’s clear that she values her customers. I will definitely be coming back – highly recommend!
I walked In looking at a certain section for bed covers got pointed to a sale section straight away? picked something up to get, the lady grabbed it off me to check the price? I said I didn’t care about the price? she told me the price then put it back on the shelf for me? Then proceeded to sit behind the counter… Weirdest interaction ever…
I had a very good experience in store being served by Kara who assisted me with my return and provided expert advice on the replacement item that would better suit my requirements. I was extremely impressed with Kara’s professional and friendly communication skills. I will definitely be back to shop here again!!
