Now that the dust has settled - I want to make a shout out to my realtor ~ They say big places on the average, take up to a year and a half to sell - Jessica Squires got mine sold in less than 10 months! Always at my 'beck and call' for questions and spirit raising - she gave me advice and even helped watch out for my dog Bob <3 during showings and various inspections.
