Brad is awesome! he was able to do a very thorough inspection when I bought my house, and was able to help me with a 4-point inspection when changing insurance companies. Brad is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and responsive.
Inspector said there was a mold issue when there wasn't. I have Leukemia and highly allergic to mold. Not a wet spot and no mold test; only because he saw a very old water mark. He should not be qualified to write a report without a test. He spent 6 hrs for a home inspection that he stated would take 3.5hrs and was a total rude individual looking for anything to void a sale!
Was recommended Brad by my realtor. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb. As if he was doing it for his own family which with two small children is very much appreciated ensuring that a home you know nothing about will be safe for your family. Very thorough! He does not hold back in his report. Very personable. Professional. Highly recommended.
