I hired Brad from House 2 Home Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection. I wasn't going to get one as it was a condo we were buying; but, the realtor advised me I should have it for insurance. I was glad I did. He found items that I never saw. He was thorough and explained what he was looking for and tips for correcting the issues. Great job Brad!
