Messed up scheduling 3 times, culminating in them confirming my appointment for the next day then showing up at my door 30 minutes later. Never was able to get a person on the phone to sort things out. Look elsewhere.

Growing up, I was taught it takes more energy to do the right thing than the wrong thing and to behave accordingly. They were great. Showed up on time and at the time of my choosing (I booked in advance). They also charged me for the actual hours worked. Wilmer was very attentive and also left everything clean, as it was prior to the start of the project work, no mess.
These guys totally screwed up our brick front walk. We asked them to regrout a couple of loose bricks. Instead, he dumped concrete all over them, didn’t wash it off (promised repeatedly that it would…) and then didn’t bother to level the bricks. They promised to send him back to fix it. He didn’t show up. So not only does it look terrible, but it’s now a tripping hazard. We’re now going to have to have someone come and fix this work. We’ve had mixed experiences with this firm in the past, but wow this is miserable. Run away.
