Josh is amazing, professional and efficient! very upfront and always has good conversations. Doesnt make you feel dumb asking questions about aftercare and whatnot. Ive taken several friends and family members to Hourglass because I wouldnt go anywhere else for piercings!

I can't thank Hourglass enough for giving my daughter an introduction to ear piercing today! They were kind, gentle, SO patient and answered ALL her questions. They treated her with such respect, acknowledging her nervousness and doing everything they could to boost her up.
