Recommendedgreat atmosphere as soon as you walk in!
Got my nose repierced today and it was such a good and quick experience! They make you feel very comfortable there from the moment you walk in. It came up in casual conversation that I'm a 911 dispatcher and they even gave me a first responders discount which most places do not! I'd say 10/10 recommend but honestly they deserve a few more points for the complimentary juice pouch they give you when you're done.
Josh is amazing and so good at what he does. He is knowledge and will educate you on piercings, after care, and anything you want to know! Becky is the sweetest and helps you out to make you feel comfortable before and after!!

I left a review of Hourglass back in early 2018 but I just need to emphasize again how wonderful they are here. Josh and Becky and wonderful people and they provide amazing service every single time! I got my nose, bellybutton, conch, ear piercings, and nips here and I wouldn't even think about getting pierced anywhere other than here.
