Disappointed – I was referred to Hourglass by a local car dealership to repair a minor dent. The repair took 2 weeks longer than I was initially told (5 weeks total) and I wasn't informed of the delay until I called. I found the employees to be rude and I didn't feel like the quality of the repair was very good (the gaps were uneven) and the battery was dead when I picked it up.
