My daughter has lived in Houndstooth for 3 years and the first 2 were very good, no issues. However, as the rent increases year over year ($575 2011-12, $675 2012-13, $725 2013-14) for 1/2 of a 2 bedroom monthly rent, the property management has gone downhill. They nickel and dime you to death for everything ($19 for high ceiling lightbulb, $40 to turn the temperature up on a hot water heater, $72.5/mo for late fees).
